Introduction to Digital Circuits – Digital Logic – RAHDG201 We will focus on the basics of designing and analyzing combinational logic circuits. This course covers the design and analysis of combinational logic circuits using basic logic gates and other building blocks such as multiplexers and ROMs. It includes the design and analysis of latches and flip-flops. A number of numerical problems are solved after each topic to understand the principles of the course.
Introduction to Digital Circuits – Digital Logic – RAHDG201 course describes the design of data path components: adders, multipliers, registers, shifters, and counters. Design and analysis of state minimization synchronous state machines and an introduction to state assignment.
Each topic will have many examples which will be reviewed briefly in different sections.
