The problem is actually the Gatekeeper Mac. Gatekeepers can be disabled
sudo spctl --master-disable

The following command can also be reactivated.
spctl --master-enable
In this case, I reactivated a few minutes after disabling the gatekeeper and the texpad problem is fixed and works fine.
