The steps to install and use jailbreak FW9.00 are as follows:
Do not forget that, unlike the exploit for previous firmware, in this firmware you must have a separate flash memory to hack your console.
1) First you need to update your console to firmware 9.00. The instructions for installing this firmware are provided at the end of this article. The FW 9.00 download file is also available at the end of the article in the download section.
2) After installing and updating your console to FW 9.00, it is time to apply the required data to the flash. Download and install the Win32 Disk Imager software (the download link is in the download section of this article).
3) The file required by the exploit, “exfathax.img”, should be applied to your flash drive using the Win32 Disk Imager software. For this purpose, connect your flash drive to the computer, and select the exfathax.img file and click on the Write option as shown in the picture below to start the operation:
4) Now, it’s time to go to your PS4 console, which is FW 9.00, and activate the exploit with the online host (don’t forget that at least for the first time, you must have access to the Internet). Turn on your console (don’t connect the flash memory you created in step 3 yet!) and enter one of the following online hosts (from the Web Browser section of your console). In addition, if old exploits have been applied to your system, it is recommended to do Clear Cache and Delete Cookies once, so that the possibly cached codes from old exploits are completely deleted:

5) Definitely…definitely!! Disable the automatic update installation tick so that your console is not updated and you do not go higher than FW 9.00!
6) After connecting the console to the Internet, launch your browser on the PS4. The address of the site you want to open should be a dedicated host for downloads or an external resource host. In this training, we will go ahead with the training of using a dedicated host for downloads.
7) There is a possibility of hanging the console screen (rotating circle)… don’t worry! Wait a few moments until the “Insert USB Now” message is displayed. Now it’s time to connect the flash drive you created in the third step to the console.
8) After connecting the flash memory, you must wait a few seconds until the message “This USB Storage’s device’s file system is unsupported” is displayed. When this message is displayed, click OK and you can remove the flash drive from the device until the next use. Yes! Always have a flash drive with you.
8) Debug Settings option is activated for you! Exit the payload environment by pressing the PS Button. Now go to Settings => Debug Settings.
9) Congratulations. Your console is fully jailbroken on FW 9.00!
Very, very important warning!! Be sure to remove the flash memory after the complete jailbreak of the console. When the console is turned on, it is strongly recommended that the flash memory is not connected to the console until you need it again in the seventh step of the jailbreak.

How to update the console to FW9.00 step by step:
Please note that your current firmware must be lower than 9.00. If you are on a higher version (eg 9.03), you cannot downgrade in any way and it is not possible to install a lower firmware. Unfortunately, you have to wait until the new exploit is released for higher firmware. If you are sure that your firmware is lower than FW 9.00, do the following:
1) Download the update file from the download section and extract it using WinRar software.
2) Prepare a flash drive in FAT32 format. In Flash, first, create a folder with the name PS4, then inside it create a folder with the name UPDATE (all words must be capitalized). Now put the update file named PS4UPDATE.PUP in this folder, which is the address PS4/UPDATE.
3) Go to your console. Completely disconnect from the internet on your console. Also, untick the options related to automatically receiving updates so that you don’t have problems later. Of course, the Update Blocker feature is in the exploit, which will be explained later.
4) Now connect the flash drive to your device. Go to Settings => System Software Update. The system automatically detects and installs the updated file on the flash drive.
