InnovMetric PolyWorks is an international and standard software product and platform for use in 3D metrology. By using this program, the benefits of 3D measurement technology in industrial production organizations reach their maximum. PolyWorks software package maximizes productivity, quality, and profitability by injecting 3D measurement technology into industrial production processes. The program provides advanced solutions for the product development cycle, from initial design to final product inspection and assembly.
Through plugins, PolyWorks communicates with most brands and 3D single-point and super-point measurement technologies, and in this way, it controls a wide range of models with different formats. This software offers the most suitable software solutions for 3D metrology with its powerful and flexible user interface as well as its user-friendly macro writing language. This flexibility allows users to successfully develop and deploy their own automated inspection processes or assist operators in their workflow to improve their effective performance.
This software package includes two important sub-packages, one is PolyWorks Inspector, which is an industry-standard toolbox for 3D metrology that is widely used for product engineering, assembly assistance, and final inspection. And the next module is PolyWorks Modeler, which is used for reverse engineering and modeling and two-way communication between digital geometric models and CAD/CAM programs.
