TO PREPARE THIS TEA, WE NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- About an inch of fresh ginger root
- Big spoon of fresh lemon juice
- natural honey spoon
HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS TEA?
Grate fresh ginger into the teapot, bowl, or plate. In most cases you may want to peel it but there is no reason to do so.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over it and let it steep for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, take lemon juice and mix it with honey. Strain the ginger. Add this ingredient to the honey and lemon mixture. If you like, you can add more lemon juice or honey to the dish.

IF YOU LIKE, YOU CAN ALSO USE THE FOLLOWING:
